Tricia is the best!! We found out we had to move down to Charlottesville over a year before we were ready to buy. She was put up with us for that long, and she emailed us new house listings the entire time. When the time came to buy a house Tricia and Bob (her partner in crime) were so wonderful. Took us through all the houses, helped us with what we needed to look for (since we didn't know much). When we decided on a house to buy, the owners had no Real Estate Agent, and they really went above and beyond helping the current owner and us through the whole process.
